Okay building if you have a good deal
Former Tenant
Pros:
- The location is good. - The opposite side is all small houses or 2 floor buildings. - Only a few blocks from the train. - Major shopping and grocery locations. - Neighbours are mostly families and old people.
Cons:
- Landlord is all about money and lease renewal. - I requested them to respond to Verizon internet installation and they didn't care even though it was free they would not pay anything, but I would end up with a very good internet connection for my work-from-home purposes. -It seems that the basement might not be maintained well since I would see roaches even though I kept the place super clean. I lived in the ground floor. -The roof had intense tower and cell phone services and it seems like the landlord cared about that more than anything else, because obviously it brings him a lot of money.
Advice to owner:
-Better pest control. -Respond better to the tenants needs. -Give deals for your tenants who wants to stay. -Try to keep the supers in their jobs so the building is not rotating through. The least of it is it's not safe.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice people living here but that’s it.
Cons:
Disgusting. Lived there a year and had 5 supers, none of whom answered calls or texts. Had roaches, mice, and rats in my first floor apartment. An apartment above me - her roof was caving in. Disgusting building.
