Dirty and old building, waiting to collapse any day

Pros

Close to public transportation

Cons

Small space. Rats all around the building attracted by poor garbage management. The heat works when people and turns on when it feels like rather then when it’s needed. The water pressure is too high in the bathroom. The bathroom has mold. The plumbing is run down, and everything else including doors are breaking. The owner/landlord is slow to respond.
