Easy Subway Access Not Worth the Management Headache

Pros:
Upgraded appliances in kitchen
Ample common area space
Nice neighborhood
Cons:
Management does not know how to do rent stabilized lease renewals properly
Poor communication from management
Noise level high
Hard to get anything fixed
Advice to owner:
Take the time to understand how rent stabilized leases actually work, and learn to communicate better with your tenants.
