Super doesn’t not like black people and management sucks

Pros:
The area is nice
Cons:
The super is racist, doesn’t take good care of the building. Package are always stolen in the building even thou theirs camera in the lobby and hallways. The super knows it’s his people stealing. The super is a major problem. Management is just as worst as the super. Management has showed through out the years illegal practices and neglect to towards Tenets. If your a elderly management will take advantage. The biggest scam they don’t provide you with a copy of your least and claims your never had one.

Pros:
Lovely place , friendly neighbors, and overall great area to live in and the train is less than a block away can’t beat the convenience
Cons:
No area or system for packages to be dropped off they often sit unguarded and can be stolen If the wrong person gets into the building
