Awful. Renter beware.
Former Tenant
Pros:
A stand-alone house with a porch and lots of amenities.
Cons:
The landlord was completely unreasonable and when too many complaints were made she started retaliating including cutting the heat and many other very petty things. Lots of hazards and lots of junk was thrown around everywhere on the property (just take a look at the google maps images). She has a piano and instruments and will play them. She is a horrible person, beware of moving into her home.
