Pros:
I have felt pretty safe here. The building is kept fairly clean, overall. It's in a good location for the area and within walking distance of most things you need. I didn't have an issues with pests and management typically attended to most issues in a fair period of time. I never encountered any excessive noise from other tenants. Most people kept to themselves.
Cons:
Water temperature fluctuated quite a bit when showering. Lobby and stairwells could get a bit dirty. Mail sometimes gets stolen and it can be a bit loud because you are right off Beverley Road (depending on where your room is situated in the apartment building).
Advice to owner:
Please stop by to fix issues with apartments when you say that you will. Overall, keep it up. I was happy staying here.
