Mostly good with some issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brick pet friendly building with rent stabilized apartments. Neighbors are all nice. Elevator consistently works and is fixed quickly when there’s issues. Consistent heat and hot water. The super is responsive to calls when available.
Cons:
The renovated apartments were cheaply done so there’s too many tiny spaces where roaches can live and can’t be sealed off. There’s no control over the heat in the apartments. The trash area outside is always a mess (although seems to be pest free). The super only works M-F 9-5. Intermittent issues with stolen packages despite a locked mail room with a door that doesn’t close unless you slam it.
