Pros:
Nothing but a headache
Cons:
No heat my kids got pneumonia.The son,Kenneth likes to threaten the tenants.He once turned off a tenants lights from the basement cause he was upset with her . The building is infested
with mice from the garden of garbage.Save yr self time and court fees
