last resort type of place....
Former Tenant
Pros:
Its kinda cheap , 10 minutes from the train and close to food places and stores
Cons:
Youll be seeing crackheads outside,as well as inside the building ( they will try interacting or ringing ) The landlord will never get things done on time, you might not even really reach him . HORRIBLE ROACH ISSSUE to a point where i just eat outdoors now.
Advice to owner:
Get a new landlord or actually try fixing things if your gonna increase the rent . Less roaches and mices and actual things being done. Better security
