Lead paint, unrepaired leaks & mold, roaches, mice, noise

Pros:
elevator, close to subway, pets allowed.
Cons:
peeling lead paint, illegal lease without required disclosures, super thin ceilings & In floors so I could hear my neighbors sneeze, music blaring at all hours, constant roach infestation, mice, rude neighbors who throw garbage on the floor, smoke in the hallways, threaten. Encourage tenants with children to AVOID.
