    UNKEPT BUILDING, DIRTY HALLWAYS
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great HEAT AND GREAT WATER PRESSURE.
    Cons:
    Hallways ARE ALWAYS DIRTY, Light in Hallways is DULL.
    Advice to owner:
    CLEAN THE BUILDING
