    Pros:
    the super is amazing, great price for rent, kind and quiet neighbors
    Cons:
    management is unresponsive, they don't do trash well down the block so the rats are horrible, the water is always going out, lots of run down problems

    deal with the trash

    It’s quiet but near a bunch of things. Property manager is very responsive and helpful.
    Cons:
    Water wasn’t great at first but they’re pretty responsive for helping. Its an old building so sometimes that causes issues

    Pros:
    Spacious and renovated. The super is good.
    Cons:
    The boiler is sooooooo noisy. The whole apartments is shaking.

    The door and hallway needs attention and clean up.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the boiler. It’s super noisy and is shaking the whole building
    It feels like there’s an earthquake.
    Provide AC cages for lower levels because the unit’s are facing Ocean Avenue in order to prevent Home burglary.
