Too many unwanted visitors

Pros:
Lowe had lovely neighbors, not too much noise.
Cons:
BUGS AND MICE in our first floor apartment like crazy. Crazy condensation on walls during winter from lack of insulation (cold wall meeting steam heat) which was mold former. We made them pay for dehumidifier.
Advice to owner:
PLUG UP THE HOLES.
