Pests and heat

Pros:
The rooms were a decent size
Cons:
Roaches were uncontrollable. it would get too hot inside and there’s no window in the living area to add an air conditioner.

Horrible super and all types of pests

Pros:
Close to train and nice neighborhood
Cons:
Roaches and mice in all apartments. The super does not manage the trash well and lets it overflow and it attracts bugs and rodents.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super
