Amazing PreWar
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator building. Super is on top of cleanliness and safety of the building. Neighbors living in this building are amazing and friendly. The building is rent stabilized and has amazing big living and bedroom sizes.
Cons:
It does not have washer dryer. It’s the only complaint I have
Advice to owner:
Maybe add washer dryer to all the units

nice building !
Former Tenant
Pros:
nice light, big rooms, very clean building
Cons:
not super responsive when it comes to repairs, we had a broken dishwasher for months. area is actively gentrifying, new residents reflect this and seem to be prioritized by brokers
