Good Building / Would Recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good building with friendly neighbors and a really responsive super. No pests or utility issues and even though the building is old, it's well maintained
Cons:
I found the management company kind of unresponsive at times, but since the super lives in the building, I didn't have to deal with them too much

More good than bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was very quiet and the neighbors were very good which was a big plus. The proximity to Prospect Park and the subway was also great.
Cons:
I had maintenance issues that were never addressed even after multiple request which was very frustrating. Also had a bit of a mouse issue.
Advice to owner:
A better system to request and receive maintenance help for things the super cannot handle.
