Somewhere to sleep
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized. The location is a couple blocks away from Kings Theatre. The landlord is very understanding of difficult times.
Cons:
Response from management is the worst. The super in the building is never available. He is always high or drunk. Claims that he has no cell. Landlord doesn't care. It's the ghetto.
Advice to owner:
Better building management is severely needed.

Don’t do it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much. Landlord and super were very nice but that is about it!
Cons:
INFESTED WITH GERMAN ROACHES!
