2616 Beverly Rd
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized, reasonable pay, very spacious with lots of light, pre war details
Cons:
Inconsistency from supervisor and management - do not follow up promptly enough for issues. Was told unit was cleaned before moving in and it was disgustingly filthy. Roach and mice issues. Water was sometimes not heated. Many times, security system was disarmed, and strangers could come in building.
Advice to owner:
Prioritize tenant safety.
