What you’re paying for

Pros:
Antonio the super is wonderful!

The lobby is probably the most pristine part of the building in terms of common areas
Cons:
Dirty, crowded hallways filled with packages, etc. (unless it’s just the floor I am on), bicycles locked up in the stairwell, bugs bugs bugs, no heads up about construction happening during the work week or weekends, the heating isn’t great, so the apartment is cold, and the windows are old so they don’t close or open the best which doesn’t help things. Plus, long response times from the building manager about pretty basic questions
Advice to owner:
See above. Again, I guess I’m getting what I paid for but sheesh
