Okay Starter Apartment

Attentive super, efficient porter,

Cons

Nasty neighbors smelling of weed and animal waste. Same nasty neighbors leaving trash around the compactor chute. No matter how much the porter did his job, the neighbors were overall disgusting. During the winter, don't expect much heat coming from the radiator. Apartment was small and overpriced.
