Responsive super, nice building

Pros:
Laundry room is 24/7 w/ electronic cards. Super is responsive and fixes issues quickly. Cats are definitely allowed. Kitchen is a good size for NYC, bedroom fits a king with plenty of room to spare. Lots of sunlight on the top floor with north facing windows. Small (under $100) rent increase with lease renewal. Building is kept clean.
Cons:
Roach problem has gotten worse in the summer. No way to buzz people into the building, you need to go downstairs to open the door.

Spacious but not worth it

Pros:
The super is very friendly and responsive and the apartments are spacious.
Cons:
Building management is rude and disrespectful.
Advice to owner:
Get some manners and start treating people like humans.
