2568 Bedford Avenue
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a pretty safe building. Packages can be left out in the hallway untouched. The tenants seem fairly friendly.
Cons:
Maintenance is lacking by thus far. The noise level of loud music can be drowning at times in the summer. There is a major issue with heat in the winter and electric bill can become pretty costly. There is no laundromat in building.
Advice to owner:
The building needs more attention with a more hands-on super/porter. Challenges with the heating should be resolved to avoid cold winters
