Lovely once you're inside
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated interior, wonderful neighbors and block association; dishwasher and laundry in-unit; truly huge inside, just giant. Amazing for hosting whenever people feel like making the trek out to Flatbush. Landlord is very responsive although not live-in or nearby.
Cons:
Several water flood/leak problems. Commute to/from Manhattan is long, tiring, and sometimes unsafe. Nearby blocks (business, not residential) are poorly maintained. Will need additional furniture for storage as there are no closets and not enough kitchen cabinets for the size.
Advice to owner:
Make exterior and stairs nicer; put in closets?
