Nothing short of amazing

Pros

It’s right by the 2/5 train. Owners keep up the house and are very responsive. They genuinely care about their property and having tenants that feel the same way. Rooms are big and fit queen size beds at minimum. Appliances are updated.

Cons

The only thing I have as a con is that location wise it’s a little far from the city if that’s what you want.

Advice to the owners

I don’t have any advice, they responded to all my repairs promptly and kept up their property well.
