Terrible Landlords and supers

Pros:
Newly renovated, good neighbors, close to the train.
Cons:
landlord/supers are terrible. They are the worst at responding. From our not working heat to mice, to our broken door, they took months to respond. I moved out at the end of 2020, they tried to keep me by telling other landlords I was a bad tenant. Lost an apartment due to it. They are manipulative. I was talked down to as if I was a child. I HIGHLY do not recommend living in this apartment. They never returned our security deposit... I know I could fight them on this... but at this point, I just never wanted to talk to them ever again in my life.
Advice to owner:
I recommend actually caring for your tenants instead of ignoring them as if the problems will magically go away.
