nice place to live for the price

Pros:
elevator, outdoor space, nice apartment space, quiet
Cons:
The apartment had a huge covered balcony which was nice but it covered all of the windows and the apartment faced another building so there was no natural in the building.
Advice to owner:
greenery on the roof.
