Worst landlord

Pros:
The units are big and the super gets back to you quickly. He always answers his phone and is very helpful
Cons:
The landlord will misapply your checks and then start cases against you. Doesn’t want to give hear, the elevator which is supposed to be brand new is crap.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building, provide better services
