Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is helpful but it seems like he always has alot to do. Exterminator come usually 2x a month
Cons:
The entrance is not wheelchair accessible Mice are a huge problem even with an exterminator coming 2x a month The building needs to be cleaned more than 1x week The elevator needs new flooring The building could use a new paint job on all floors not just the lobby. Each floor looks dingy from old paint. The front door needs a new lock and an updated intercom system
Advice to owner:
Repair the floor in the elevator PAINT! Get the porter to clean 2x a week Monday and Thursday New lock on the front door.
