Pros:
None. Absolutely none
Cons:
In the winter they don’t turn on the heat but as soon as it’s above 50 out they blast it. Nothing is ever fixed and then they try and blame it on the tenets. Exterminators never actually show up. Homeless people will literally sleep infront of the building door. Sometimes they’ll get inside the building at 1am and knock on everyone door

Has potential to be a good building

Pros:
Apartment is a good price for the amount of space.
Cons:
The heat is never on. And if it is, it’s when it’s over 50 degrees outside. My apartment was completely dirty when I moved in and I was and still am treated as an inconvenience to the super. My kitchen floor is damaged and won’t be fixed. There’s mice and bugs and the exterminator never actually shows up
Advice to owner:
Please just fix the problems and don’t take it as an invitation to make my life harder as you have every day I’ve lived here.
