Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros at all
Cons:
The first floor is used as a party venue and the tenants are using it to make money by subletting it for private events. They are so dumb that they even post the address on an event website. They have professional music equipment and a bouncer at the entrance that makes sure police cannot come and stop the party. You will not sleep ever. The music they blast is so loud that you won’t be able to sleep. And the landlord won’t do anything even thou it is illegal. Per certificate of occupancy you cannot put as many people as they sell filets to so if a fire starts they all will just die not being able to evacuate.
Advice to owner:
Stop making money and participating in illegal and life threatening activities.
