not worth moving in

Pros:
I’ve been living here for more than 10+ years so the rent hasn’t changed/risen
Cons:
most apartments need repairs and still haven’t gotten them. bathroom and kitchen ceiling leaks and breaks down often and all they do is patch it up rather than check or change the pipes that cause the leak. most likely have mold. have to open the shower “at an angle” to get hot water & sometimes the hot water isn’t guaranteed
Advice to owner:
do better.
