Quiet and Convenient
Former Tenant
Pros:
I live on the second floor, I have had two inconveniences with my bathroom but once informed to management, they repaired it immediately. The building is strategically located, has very good transportation options such as B/Q trains in Newkirk Plaza, buses B8 and B49 and express lines for Manhattan as BM1, BM3 and BM4. The landlord is located in the same building and can be accessed quickly in case of any incident or for payment. They're very friendly.
Cons:
Lately, we've had incidents with people who have been stealing packages from the mail room.
Advice to owner:
Change the security cameras to have a security guarantee inside the building, put cameras at home floor since when the packages are stolen, Thieves are leaving the boxes open in the hallways.
