Roach Infested

Pros:
Area is good, nice walking area
Cons:
Bad roach problem, made multiple complaints/service requests. Building not well kept, laundry room in basement is awful- no ventilation, no a/c, no fan and rarely are all machines working. Water pressure is extremely low.
Advice to owner:
Clean more often and exterminate all apartments, fix water pressure, renovate the laundry room
