Roach infested/unsanitary
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated apartments & spacious
Cons:
Location is sketchy and does not always feel safe. Roach infested. We called 311 and made several complaints to management and there was nothing anyone could do. The building was highly infested despite any cleanly measures we took. We did not feel comfortable there. We never cooked, didn’t buy much food and left everything in ziplock bags. We found roaches in the fridge. We’ve had huge ceiling leaks, dog poop in front of our door and piss in the elevator. We never settled in fully and moved out as soon as the lease was up.
Advice to owner:
For over 2k rent you should take better care of your building. Take tenants complaints seriously
