Not a bad place to live

Pros:
Floors were mopped regularly. Fairly responsive maintenance. Super lives on site
Cons:
The guy that they send for repairs is an absolute clown.

Pros:
Rent stabilized. Spacious rooms. Great water pressure. Never run out of hot water
Cons:
Far from the train. Very cold and drafty in the winter. Laundry room is dirty. Walls are super thin. Management team takes ages to respond and sometimes needs 3-4 prompts before they solve a problem.
Advice to owner:
Do better! Respond to and resolve tenant issues in a timely manner
