Recent reviews for 2530 FOSTER AVENUE, Brooklyn, NY 11210, highlight mixed opinions. Tenants appreciate the convenient location near transport and amenities. However, issues persist, including unresponsive management, heating problems, pest infestations, and security concerns like propped open doors. Suggestions include improving heat availability, pest control, and better communication with tenants. Some former residents note possible changes in management. Overall, while the neighborhood and apartment interiors are praised, unresolved maintenance issues and management responsiveness detract from the building's appeal.
