Convenient neighborood area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to transportation and Flatbush Avenue. Food areas are always around.
Cons:
Maintenance could be a little better. Took a while for renovations. But I believe the building is under new management since I left.

It’s alright here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient, local , quiet
Cons:
There is no heat, sometimes hot water, roaches & RATS! Repairs don’t ever get fixed they get COVERED, management hardly cares, power goes out in the whole building etc.

Halfway decent apartment, but the property manager's very unprofessional.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient area next to buses, trains, supermarkets, and laundromat.
Cons:
Property manager is unprofessional and aggressive when contacting him about issues. Frequent building blackouts during the hotter months, heating inconsistent during the colder months (radiators seem to have a mind of their own) Poor building security: the doors are kept propped open which have led several undesirable persons to waltz in and disturb tenants as well as swipe their packages from the lobby. Poor plumbing has caused back to back leaks, with the resulting damage still pending restoration.
Advice to owner:
Learn to speak to your tenants with respect.
This may be your property, but when we speak with you, we are people with real issues and real need and expect to be treated in a professional matter.
It would also be wise to not go with the lowest bidder when hiring contractors; many of the issues I hilighted would not have occured had a decent contractor been chosen.

Building is decent and near major transit areas. Owner barely give heat winter.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Transportation food people
Cons:
Rats roaches pests
Advice to owner:
Turn the heat on in the winter Regulated pest control A solution for when delivery drivers such as FedEx ups etc, come to deliver packages. Too many complaints of packages not being delivered because of the inconvenience of getting in the building for packages.
