Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenience to all shopping, transportation, food. Older building, pretty clean and livable, has elevator.
Cons:
Overall the building is quiet but Disrespectful neighbors-adults and children (loud in the hallway areas)
Rodents Old building need upgrades and repairs Heat is sparse Thin walls/wood floors make noise
Advice to owner:
Please Upgrade apartments! Simple repairs goes a long way.
