Pretty good place to live

Pros:
The super (Eli) is sent from heaven, hallways are clean, neighbors are friendly, there is a parking lot next to the building
Cons:
The building managers are awful, mean and don’t care about the residents needs at all, roaches, hot water is slightly inconsistent in shower, no laundry in building, elevator is very old and prone to breaking down, garbage room is only accessible by elevator (illegal), overheated in the winter (as is common in many old buildings)
Advice to owner:
Be nicer/more forgiving/lenient to tenants
