DO NOT...JUST DONT
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are two elevators in the building and the building is just 5 minutes from the trains
Cons:
The wooden floors are horrible, I can hear every single step the upstairs neighbor takes, floors creak like crazy. Good luck if you work from home. Hit or miss with the noise, there have been multiple noise complaint with people watching tv at the maximum level where everyone and I mean EVERYONE can hear late hours at night. Honestly, management sucks, they do not care, as long as they are getting their rent. Noise is an issue here, better hope and pray you get a quiet floor with considerate neighbors. Also the super is so damn lazy, complains about everything and the floors need a major power wash.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of people that have multiple complaints against them.

Just Don’t
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing, nada, zip.
Cons:
Management doesnt care about you, especially if you’re brown/black. It’s infested with roaches and mice and the súper is beyond lazy.
Advice to owner:
You’re a terrible person.
