Decent apartment for the price but not great management

Pros:
I like the size of my apartment. I've been here for over 2 decades and have visited many other units in the building different from my one and the rooms are always big.
Cons:
Main thing I dislike about the building is the management. I have been harassed by the site manager when calling once for assistance. He truly could care less of his job. He is also so hard to get a ahold of and when you finally do, is always tardy and you practically lose an entire day stuck at home waiting for him to come. Another issue is the heating system. The heat is always always on when it's extremely hot outside but never on when it's freezing cold. They need to do better with that. The building is also full of kids and some very noisy tenants which can be frustrating early mornings or late nights (funny enough one is the site manager that is always extremely loud and shouting).
Advice to owner:
Provide a better site manager/teach them to be better.

Pros:
Near Subway. Nearby supermarkets!
Cons:
Always something wrong with the elevator. I have issues with the floor that are yet to be fixed. I have been complaining to them since Feb 2020!
Advice to owner:
Fix the elevator. There are lots of old people in the building. Put up camera and sign to prevent theft. Please fix the necessary rapid in the building.
