Pros:
The building is very diverse and haven’t seen any crime around the building.
Cons:
Management response on fixing something is very low.
Thin walls, heat a lot of noise.
Heat rarely comes in the building.
Rats and roaches frequent in the building but can be manageable within your house.
Advice to owner:
Improve the management situation of the building.

The lack of response to concerns and issues from the superintendent and the owner.
Advice to owner:
Listen and be more attentive to your tenants, their problems and concerns, everybody’s trying to pay on time so it’s the least you can do

Is a very dirty building
The super is very incompetent
The only thing on time is the monthly rent bill
