Worst landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great heat and hot water
Cons:
The amount of bugs coming from construction next door building is ridiculous and they don’t send exterminator you have to do that yourself out of pocket. No one comes to clean buildings you have to maintain the property yourself or get hurt.
Advice to owner:
Get a maintenance team that comes to check in the building and tenant
