Pros:
Its near multiple bus lines, trains 2 and 5 and near shopping area.
Cons:
Elevator is always down, building needs to be clean.
Advice to owner:
Hire more people. 2 persons cannot clean, do repairs in a timely fashion and manage 3 buildings
