Nightmare of a LL

Pros:
Being next to the park is wonderful. Apartment is spacious.
Cons:
Landlady’s cats pee and poop in the hallway and on the stairs regularly and she ignores it. LL herself is overbearing and paranoid, constantly accused us if things we never did. Can’t overstate the amount of stress she causes people (our guests included along with multiple repairmen and anyone else she meets).
Advice to owner:
Sell the building

Pros:
It's a nice old building, but any positives are far outweighed by negatives.
Cons:
Property owner has a long history of harassing tenants for imagined and exaggerated problems, and has been known to enter apartments when tenants aren't home without notice. They have some mental health problems, and treat other people very poorly. You don't have to trust a review - ask a neighbor if you're considering renting here, they're all aware of the situation.
Advice to owner:
Sell and move somewhere where you don't have to be around other people
