10-16 Ocean Parkway
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized. Next to park & public transportation.
Cons:
Directly on traffic circle leading to 4 highways. Rezoned to allow 2 ongoing construction projects by high-rise luxury housing developers. No nearby food shopping. Regular flooding from broken pipes-old plumbing. 4 cellphone towers on roof.
Advice to owner:
Answer office phones. Respond to tenant inquiries.
