A Horrible landlord and management

Pros:
Spacy and quite
Cons:
Pest issue is uncontrollable Landlord is rude. Look no further if you want a landlord to yell at you when you complain for a basic needs like heat, clean space or fix cracks on the wall. Or He will not respond to you at all it’s a headache for him.
Advice to owner:
Be responsive to the tenants and solve issues in timely manner
