Pros:
Nice landlords, big rooms and plenty of space, updated kitchen, big windows, nice neighbors.
Cons:
a bit of a roach problem, but nothing out of the ordinary for new york city, old building so there's a lot of maintenance problems ie low water pressure.
Advice to owner:
The building could use some cleaning
