Friendly community, newly updated washer/dryer
Cons:
Trash chutes currently closed due to so must bring all garbage/recycling down to first floor

Cons:
Moderate Cockroach infestation. If you are renting the rent goes up every year significantly but don’t expect any maintenance. If you fridge, stove, kitchen cabinet breaks down or malfunction, stains from neighbors water leak on the ceiling, wall damaged from the neighbors apartment renovation, bathroom break/malfunction has to be covered by you. If you persist on request of repair your rent will be increased double or your lease will be renewed month to month. The management is completely dysfunctional and extremely insulting. Please stay away from buildings managed from J.K Managment. The worse.
Advice to owner:
Please deliver the management responsibilities. People work hard to make living and pay rent on time.

Prospect Expwy is unregulated and loud
