Convenient And Comfortable

Pros:
Large rooms Nice neighbors Close to subway Responsive management
Cons:
No elevator Courtyard only accessible by super / his family Loud dog barking in morning in courtyard Can hear neighbors below, above, and to the side of you Old pipes
Advice to owner:
Sound proof the apartments better Update the plumping/pipes
