Modern, clean, close to train

Pros:
Clean, close to train, great view from the roof top, decent gym, modern look, good a/c
Cons:
Shared laundry without not a ton of machines, can hear neighbors on the same floor a lot.
Advice to owner:
Sound treatment for the floors.
